* Applicant Code of Conduct
Requirements |
|
If you submitted an application to HUD
during FY2005 that included a code of conduct, and it has been
identified by HUD on its Web site at http://www.hud.gov/grants/index.cfm
and if that information is still valid, you will not have to
resubmit another copy. To see if your Code of Conduct is available
please go to www.nychomeless.com to review HUD's current list on
their website. |
However, if your code of conduct is
not listed as received on the HUD Web site, or if the information
you submitted has changed (e.g., the person who submitted the
previous application is no longer your authorized organization
representative, the organization has changed its legal name or
merged with another organization, or the address of the organization
has changed, etc.), you must submit your current code of conduct
with your 2007 application for assistance.
